The Enabling Capability program is a model of professional development gained from “on the job learnings”, using real time scenarios or events to drive growth in Managers and Leaders capability, and support sustainable change. Utilising principals of relational co-ordination, we create an effective partnership for results, achieved through frequent, timely, tailored support for problem solving and decision making. This is supported by the development of shared goals, shared knowledge and mutual respect. We use process improvement to seek opportunities for greater transformation, and support redesign of operational structures to sustain the change.
