We look forward to working collaboratively with Margo on matters pertaining to improving wound care services from a clinical and administrative perspective. In 2004, company director of The Skin & Wound Care Consultancy, Margo Asimus, was one of the first Wound Management-Nurse Practitioners to be authorised to practice in Australia. During her career Margo has mentored other Nurse Practitioners, has been a national president of Wounds Australia and has practiced in advanced wound clinics throughout the hunter (NSW) area. Her knowledge in wound management prepared her to become a co-editor of an advanced wound management text along with international guest speaker engagements.
Following a significant 12 months delivering Human Resources at Sunraysia Community Health Service (Mildura, Victoria), The MORDUN Group's contract has been extended. Working in a Strategic Business Partner relationship with SCHS, The MORDUN Group has delivered on all aspects of Human Resources, improving operational performance outcomes through business strategy, leadership development, cultural reform, and Excellence Coaching.

The major outcomes achieved include: Introduction of Protected Meal Times; Clinical presence improving response times to critical events during meal service; Reduction in waste associated with food products; Improvements in resident dining experiences; Financial efficiencies; Improvements in staff management & rosters.
